1.簡(jiǎn)介
超精過(guò)濾裝置是公司核心關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一，專用于提取液的超精過(guò)濾，過(guò)濾精度達(dá)到5～15um。超精過(guò)濾裝置的核心設(shè)備是液壓、驅(qū)動(dòng)壓濾機(jī)。
2.工作流程及原理
提取液首先和助濾劑混合，然后泵入過(guò)濾盤中，提取液中的細(xì)微顆粒被助濾劑截留、過(guò)濾，澄清液排出，助濾劑在一定時(shí)間后定期排出。
3.效率和質(zhì)量指標(biāo)
過(guò)濾精度：5～15um。
4.特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)越的性能
過(guò)濾精度高于5um，過(guò)濾出的液透明澄清。
